Early access and delivery

CatchFolder is sold as early access (Stripe's checkout labels the products "pre-order"). Your license key is shown on the confirmation page right after payment, with the setup guide. If you can't get CatchFolder working within 21 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund: request it through the contact form or by replying to your receipt. Refunded licenses are deactivated.

Plans

Event Pass: $12 one-time, 30 days from activation (your first setup run), 1 upload link, up to 500 uploads. Annual: $59 one-time, 12 months from activation, unlimited links, no auto-renewal. Files up to 50 MB each; storage uses your own Google Drive quota. Details: delivery, licenses and expiry.

Acceptable use

Don't use CatchFolder to collect illegal content, malware, or data you aren't allowed to collect. You are responsible for the files you receive and for complying with laws that apply to your collection (for example, privacy notices to your uploaders).

No warranty; liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
